Replacements:

  • For defective items, please include a photo or video clearly showing the defect.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

We do not accept return or exchange requests under any other circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidental handling after receipt.
